I’m Bailey McCloud— A wife, proud mother of five, permanent makeup artist, natural lash health specialist, master brow educator, and the owner and founder of Meraki Beauty Bar. My journey in the beauty industry began over eight years ago as a freelance makeup artist with a simple dream: to help women feel effortlessly confident in their own skin.
Since then, I’ve invested deeply in my craft—earning multiple certifications in advanced permanent cosmetic techniques, obtaining my tattoo and BBP certifications, and becoming a licensed natural lash health specialist. But more than just training, I’ve built my career on a relentless passion for excellence, always striving to grow, evolve, and serve my clients and students at the highest level.
At Meraki Beauty Bar, my mission has always been clear: every guest should leave feeling empowered, educated, and confident. I take pride in giving each client an individualized experience, taking the time to ensure their results are not only beautiful but also maintainable long after their appointment.
That same passion for empowerment led me to launch Meraki Kollectiv Masters, an advanced education platform designed to mentor and equip beauty professionals across the country. Through intimate, hands-on trainings, real-world mentorship, and a focus on both artistry and business strategy, my goal is to build up the next generation of confident, faith-driven beauty entrepreneurs.
For me, beauty is more than skin deep—it’s about creating a ripple effect of confidence, creativity, and purpose. Whether behind the chair or in the classroom, I believe in doing everything with soul, passion, and intention—the very heart of what Meraki means.
